I was very disappointed that 4 adults was put in to double room and compromised clients privacy. The room we stayed could accommodate coup and two kids. I was trying explain to the hospital staff they weren’t interested what I was trying to explain and stated that hotels was booked out. We didnt sleep at all we were very exhausted.

Pretty hotel. Awesome buffet breakfast. The very young staff need more training as they looked scared when you asked them something and most times could not answer you.

Beautiful property,fantastic staff. Clean, tidy, we had a harbour view room which the view was spectacular. The only one negative is the size of the bath for an adult its very tiny.

Well over 2 hours for them to take one bag to our room, and upon going back down twice to grab the bag ourselves, we were told both times that it was on it way up, which was a complete lie, which made us late for our 10th wedding anniversary dinner. Then we get given a late checkout to 12pm, we try and sleep in only to get called at 10am asking us to leave and refusing to provide the previously agreed late check out. Our room wasn't very clean and we didn't complain. It seems there is some work to do at the W Sydney to get to a level of satsfactory customer service.

Its a shame theres limited parking however staff were friendly buffet was great. Very customer service focused hotel. Very happy.
