We were really disappointed in our stay. This property advertises they have internet but they DO NOT. We wouldn't have stayed if we had realised there is no phone reception so couldn't make calls, receive or send text messages or use the internet. They provide WiFi vouchers but once logged on there is an error message that says "NO INTERNET CONNECTION". When we queried this at reception we were told "yeah it's just a bad area for reception, there's nothing we can do".

Staff were rude, no linen on bed and was given linen to make own beds. Confusion about room booked and there was no alternate options discussed or offered. Wont be returning.
