I had a family funeral I had to attend in the UK so unfortunately we weren’t able to make our stay, I tried to change the date or cancel but was told it couldn’t be done, so we’ve now lost over $1,000. I would have thought some empathy and common sense should have prevailed. I will never stay on Rottnest again. Absolutely disgusted with your ruthless and heartless customer service.

I loved everything. One female staff person was really rude when we walked to the breakfast area 3 minutes too early, and accused my husband of feeding a quokka - which was not true. We come here all the time, but this has been the BEST BY FAR!!!!! Excellent!!!!!!

Couldn’t ask for more snorkeling at your doorstep our room would have been 100metres to the Basin & walking distance to the township excellent facilities
