Check in was easy , and staff were excellent. key card access system was a little tricky initially . Room size was smallish but spotlessly clean , the bathroom facilities were excellent . Conveniently located to Melbourne CBD but quite noisy on my first night as I think that a lot of guests were attending shows in the city .something to bear in mind if you are looking for a quiet place .

Staff were very accommodating. When we raised an issue with our room they responded quickly. Overall a great location and rooms were spacios and clean.

Great hotel, all staff were terrific, I think one of the biggest differences with The Victoria Hotel and other hotels equivalent is the staff, all staff from the housekeeping to the hospitality, positive, happy and professional.

Perfect accommodation for our family weekend in Melbourne. Easy walkable access to shops and food. Great blackout blinds in the room which was also a bonus. Pool was also a great addition to the trip that the kids enjoyed. A little noise from the street and air conditioning but not enough to be a problem for us. Staff were friends and welcoming and we’d definitely return for future Melbourne trips.
