We liked the room, the Botanical Gardens next door, the staff were good and the dining was also good.
Not so good The Spar was not working the construction work on the Green Bridge was rough around the footpath connecting to the Botanic Gardens, will be better once the Construction is finished. Some of the footpaths in the area of the Hotel were a little rough and uneven.

The staff were amazing and couldnt do enough for us, i had a strange request for them as i had a 12 foot paddle board i needed storage for and they were impeccably fast to find somewhere for it. Will happily stay there again

Paid for parking & couldn’t park
In the car park. Adjustments should be made as a standard 2.2m 4wd should be able to fit.
Shower door didn’t close properly
Curtains do not block out all of the light.
Nice hotel overall.
