The property was terrible. The whole building and room smelt of cigarette smoke, it was noisy with construction next to my window, the pool and gym were dreadful, the parking incredibly sketchy. I expect they will be demolishing this building soon.

I DID NOT LIKE HAVING TO PAY FOR THE REDUCED PRICE FOR BREAKFAST THE DAY BEFORE . WE HAVE STAYED BEFORE , HOWEVER IT HAS BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE THE LAST STAY. IT APPEARS THE HOTEL HAS HAD A REFURB SINCE OUR LAST VISIT , VERY NICE , ESPECIALLY LIKE THE POOL AREA [ DECK ] . THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY ENJOYABLE . THE SUPPLY OF INSTANT COFFEE IN ROOM - REALLY ! ! !

Best hotel I have stayed in for a long time. Opposite Roma St Parklands, beautiful walks, free city Spring Hill bus loop at front door. Highly recommend, comfortable beds, quiet room, excellent restaurant.

The property is easily accessible from Roma Street station. The walk up the steep hill is for the fit & able, but it’s scenic. The restaurant attached to the property does a fantastic buffet breakfast. The pool outside my apartment door, beautiful. The staff are super friendly, housekeeping are pleasant and do a great job. I found the hotel is wonderfully located.
